CURRICULUM
The Erindale Early Education Academy promotes the development of social skills, emotional growth and physical coordination as well as cognitive preparation for future academics.
The curriculum allows the child to experience the joy of learning and gives the child time to enjoy the process. This joy of learning enhances the development of self-esteem, and provides the experiences from which students create their knowledge through self-directed learning.
Much of the classroom and material design, program activities and teaching approach are deliberately designed not only to teach “things”, but also to teach children how to learn, and to love learning.
They hone fine motor skills, develop concentration, and discover how to organize concepts and tasks while keeping their senses open to the world around them. Children learn how to work together and independently.
Children are encouraged and taught to love learning new things; not simply by exposure but rather by learning how to make the most of these opportunities.
